Using your response start tracing the path through the Labyrinth, as you pass TBP symbols pause at each one, take a deep breath and as you exhale say or think the word Balance and exhale. The word Balance anchors your intention, slowly move past the remaining symbols breathing in and out in the same way until you reach the Center.
