Welcome to The Balance Procedure (TBP)
The Balance Procedure is an energy technique designed to fit in with your lifestyle. Simple to access and use, it can guide you to a Life in Balance. Many thousands of people worldwide have found their lives transformed when they use this fantastic technique.
TBP was created in 2008 by Alan Cox and his late wife Jenny. For a number of years Jenny was interested in meditation, reiki and many other spiritual modalities. Over time Alan started to join her in this journey of discovery. After learning and teaching many energy techniques, most notably Emotional Freedom Technique, they travelled all over the UK and the USA, gathering more information and experience.
In 2007 they started to put together their own ideas and thoughts and decided to write the first TBP book. They devised an accredited training program which is taught online and at live events. The second book and new energy cards quickly followed and it is these that are used in all the trainings.
TBP brings together a wealth of therapies and ideas. It is a non-verbal, powerful relaxation process that uses 9 universal energy symbols. Which leads a person to feel calm, relaxed and positive which we call Being in Balance.

The past few years have shown us how quickly things we took for granted can change. Many people still feel fearful and less optimistic than before.
Alan believes we are spiritual beings experiencing life here on planet Earth. We need to expand our consciousness and realise that we have the power to be anything we want to be. Getting yourself in to a state of Being in Balance can be the start of your journey; it’s important to feel calm, relaxed and positive, whatever is happening around us, and sharing this feeling with family and friends is the way to make the world a better and safer place.
