The Balance Procedure is an energy technique that can transform the way you think and feel, and can change your life in radical and far-reaching ways. The main changes are that you become crystal clear about what you want and need, thus changing the way you think and feel. It is not the procedure itself that brings about the change; The Balance Procedure is merely a catalyst, it is the life force within each person that brings about the transformation.
When using TBP we ask you to suspend some of your beliefs, cast out logical explanations and put your trust in your own inner life force. TBP is designed to be simple to achieve and easy to use ; the thousands of people who have experienced it have found their lives are never the same again as. they begin to feel calm, relaxed and positive about all aspects of their lives.
Alan and his late wife Jenny created The Balance Procedure technique together.The first edition of The Balance Procedure book came out in 2008. This book and subsequent technique came from the preceding years when both Jenny and Alan immersed themselves in many alternative techniques and therapies.
Two of the many examples of this are when Alan first became a practitioner Emotional Freedom Technique and then NLP. These were then a completely new way of thinking for Alan and had a profound effect on him.Seeing the way that changing your view of things can have such an effect not only on your emotional wellbeing but often on physical ailments as well., simply made him even more passionate about what was to become The Balance Procedure.
When delivering most other techniques the emphasis was usually on trying to fix or help people, usually by delving into their past and trying to find the root cause of their problems. This aspect of these techniques never really sat well with Alan and Jenny. They found looking forward and focusing on what you want and need a far simpler and kinder way of releasing stress and anxiety and moving towards feeling calm, relaxed and positive. Alan does acknowledge other techniques have changed their approach over time but believes using TBP and getting into a state of Balance is a far easier and more holistic approach to take.
Alan has now taken the reins of The Balance Procedure and is passionate about sharing this wonderful technique. The accredited workshops are in place to encourage more of you to take your knowledge to the next level.
The past few years have shown us how quickly we can become fearful. I want us to see us now become fearless and be in a position to face our lives whatever is thrown at us and to be in a calm, relaxed and positive mindset permanently.
